West Lothian is newer than the county on the other side of the city, and that shows in what is under the floor. Livingston is largely post-1960s, so the subfloor is usually solid concrete or chipboard on joists rather than boards over a ventilated void. Not every wood floor is rated to sit over heating, so we confirm the manufacturer approves the range for it before the order goes in, and we set the thermostat to the surface temperature that manufacturer specifies.

Wood Floor Fitting in Bathgate
Bathgate covers both kinds of property, and the two need different work. Ventilation gets checked before a new floor goes down, because a timber floor over a damp unventilated void will cup whatever it cost.
